About Startup-Recht

Startup-Recht is a legal advisory firm dedicated to helping Startups navigate the legal challenges of building and growing their businesses. The firm specializes in providing clear, practical, and accessible legal guidance tailored to the unique needs of early-stage companies. Your opportunity...
As Innokite, Startup-Recht, and ELSA Groningen come together with a shared goal of creating meaningful opportunity for law students, you have the opportunity to bridge the gap between theory and practice. ELSA refers motivated candidates, while Startup-Recht trains and supervises them as they provide free, non-binding legal guidance to entrepreneurs. Innokite plays a key part by connecting suitable startups to the program, ensuring that students work on real challenges faced by early-stage companies. Together, the three organizations create a learning environment where students develop practical skills, build confidence, and see the direct impact of their work on the startup community.
