The Review 

The ELSA Groningen Law Review is a law journal created with the aim of proactively engaging students in the academic discussion, by giving them the opportunity to publish the outcome of their academic writing. The Review strives to create room for debate within a comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives on international and transnational issues.

The Review will be ‘e-published’ by ELSA Groningen. Each volume will be dedicated to one or more specific field of law pre-determined each time by the Editorial Board

The process of publication

Submission


The call for submissions is announced at the beginning of every academic semester. We welcome applications from all law students, irrespective of their study progress.

Review

The board will then assess contributions as to their compliance with the journal’s ethnical, thematic, and technical guidelines. A special emphasis is placed on ensuring high standards of future publications in terms of their content.

Publication

The new edition of the journal will be published once all received submissions are reviewed, edited, and the authors have agreed with the final versions of their papers. Afterwards, the new edition will be downloadable in the PDF format and automatically sent via e-mail to those who had signer up to our newsletter.
